Bees On Almond Blossoms

Bees again! This is a small departure from my usual subject matter. Although I initially began to design a label for a beekeeper friend’s honey jars, I got a bit carried away. Anyway, not enough can be said about the plight of honeybees suffering colony collapse. So much of our food production depends on them, and yet they may be endangered by agricultural and other pesticides.

5.75 in. diameter (14.6 cm) Watercolor
